Cette vue a été tournée au même endroit que la vue n° [4197] et donc vraisemblablement par le même opérateur qui serait François-Henri Lavanchy-Clarke, l'ancien concessionnaire Lumière pour la Suisse.

Lavanchy dans PROGRESS 154 1922 raconte comment il s'est procuré une place sur la tribune officielle de St. Paul's en rencontrant la petite fille de Victoria, la Princesse Louise, sur le bateau la Manche. Puis il raconte que :
"As I was saying to a neighbour (...) that it was a pity to have such bad weather, he exclaimed: "Oh! we shall have Queen's weather!" and just as the Queen arrived the sun came out brilliantly. As she passed the Tribune, Princess Louise pointed me out and the Queen bowed graciously whilst I was turning the handle of my apparatus. Thus I was able to take the best view of Her Majesty which had been taken that day" (a.a.O. p. 90).

Sunlight-Werbechef Frederick Goodall in PROGRESS Vol 22 No 155 July 1922: Early Cinematograph Days: Lord Leverhulme one of the first exhibitors: "Apart from the films which were taken by Mr. Lavanchy-Clarke, we had two operators taking films of the procession, one in St. James Street and the other in the City."
